Welcome a new member of SPCleantech, COPMA Poland

 |  Category: SPCleantech News

We welcome a new member, COPMA Polska, a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative and comprehensive lifting solutions for the rail, tram, construction, energy and maritime industries in Poland.

COPMA Polska has a highly qualified engineering and technical staff focused on comprehensive, fast and mobile operation in the field of design, production, sale and service of manufactured products. The production staff has qualifications confirmed by the appropriate International Welding Engineer (IWE) diploma, and the non-destructive testing (NDT) personnel has 2nd degree certificates of competence in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9712 standard.

As the only company in Poland, COPMA Polska received, based on two years of product testing in various certified Polish notified bodies, a CERTIFICATE issued by the PRESIDENT OF THE RAIL TRANSPORT OFFICE, which allows the TYP.ZDS COPMA-V4 road-rail vehicle to move on active railway tracks, which means that a railway vehicle can move not only on public roads, but also on active railway tracks, just like trains.

The above assumptions of the business model are to keep the company in the leading position in the supply of railway, tram and construction products to domestic markets and prepare capital and organization for strong export of products to European markets, promoting itself at dedicated international foreign fairs.

Historical overview

Copma Polska was established as an independent company with 100% Polish capital in 2015 and started the production of railway vehicles (road and rail), the production of special vehicles (rescue vehicles for lifting and re-railing trams), network trains for the construction of railway infrastructure and as a general importer of hydraulic cranes (HDS Copma Italia).

Appropriate approach to the client and experience allowed us to gain many clients in the rail, tram, construction, energy and maritime industries. Copma products are recommended by satisfied customers, and the 40 years of experience of the Copma Italia manufacturer allows us to find the right solutions for each customer. Individual solutions allow us to meet the needs of the market. Today, in the rail and tram industry, COPMA is a leading producer and supplier of comprehensive lifting solutions, which results in further projects implemented by COPMA as a general importer and representative of the Italian manufacturer Copma Italia. The experience gained in the implementation of a number of complex investment projects allows us to take up further difficult challenges.
