There are various sources of financing innovative processes in enterprises. SPCleantech supports cluster members in obtaining subsidies from EU structural funds – European Funds for Modern Economy (FENG) – SMART path or other sources such as Regional Operational Programs (RPO) or Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK).

The EFNG is a continuation of two previous programs – Innovative Economy (2007-2013) and Intelligent Development (2014-2020). The estimated budget of the new program is EUR 7.9 billion (PLN 36 billion).

The program offers:

  • Support for the entire R&D&I process
  • Support for enterprises at every stage of development
  • Cooperation between science and business
  • Focus on KIS

Under the Programme, entrepreneurs will receive comprehensive support for their projects in a modular formula.

Mandatory modules are:

  • R&D or investment implementation for SMEs
  • R&D for large enterprises

Complementary modules are:

  • R&D infrastructure
  • digitization
  • greening of enterprises
  • internationalization
  • competence

The implementation of the European Funds for the Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program is carried out in cooperation with:

  • National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) – large enterprises
  • Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) – micro, small and medium
