SPCleantech developed together with the Technology Transfer Centre, Cracow University of Technology (CTT) and Małopolska School of Public Administration, Cracow University of Economics a Pilot Project – “Małopolska Centre for Transfer of Knowledge Science – Public Administration” which aims at:

Main objective: Improve the flow of knowledge, know-how and new technologies between scientific-research and public administration particularly local government administration in the Małopolska in years: 2016 – 2018.

Specific objectives:

  • Creation of the current knowledge base, know-how and new technologies towards the needs of public administration
  • Development of the catalogue of needs of public administration in terms of knowledge, know-how and new technologies
  • Creation of Małopolska Centre for Transfer of Knowledge Science – Public Administration
  • Pilot implementation of the provision of services by the Małopolska Centre for Transfer of Knowledge Science – Public Administration

Step 1 – Selection of municipalities to pilot

Step 2 – Technological audit in selected municipalities and creation of a group of experts

Step 3 – Develop a catalog of the needs of the public administration

Step 4 – Develop an offer of the Universities for the needs of public administration

Step 5 – Implementation of the provision of service system, proposed solutions for municipalities:

  • develop a cost estimate for the implementation of technologies
  • indicate the possibility of financing from external sources
  • planning strategic processes and development activities

Step 6 – Creating a database of knowledge, know-how and new technologies on the basis of the realized pilot project and directory of needs of the public administration.
