Successes of the member of SPCleantech
A member of SPCleantech, Horizone Studio has recently achieved many spectacular successes after the implementation of systems that allowed the company to operate efficiently and safely in the era of coronavirus and the state of epidemics.
Although some processes have slowed down, Horizone Studio can communicate a lot of good news at the same time.
From March 2020, Horizone Studio signed three new contracts for design work, which prove investors’ faith in the future development and competences of the studio.
For the company NOKTURN Horizone Studio has started designing two multi-family residential buildings in the area of ul. Rydlówka in Krakow. For DZMT in the Krowodrza district in Krakow, the company carries out an ambitious project of an unusual residential and service building. However, in Łódź, for EPOL ESTATE, the company creates a concept for the development of a part of the quarter in the city center, which will soon allow the commencement of works on the construction project.
At the same time, Horizone Studio is working on other projects:
- after obtaining the WZ decision, work on the construction design of 14 residential buildings of the ATAL estate in Łódź began (http://www.horizone.com.pl/pl/aktualnosci/atal-rozpoczyna-wspolprace-z-horizone)
- in Brest, Belarus, the studio supervises work on the construction project of the EPOL SOFT headquarters, which is being developed according to the Horizone Studio concept (http://www.horizone.com.pl/pl/projekty/biurowiec-epol-soft-w-brzesciu),
- for the Austrian company SCHACHERMAYER for over 1.5 years, the company has been providing advisory services and quality supervision over the design and construction of the company’s headquarters in Poland (http://www.horizone.com.pl/pl/aktualnosci/trwa-budowa-siedziby-firmy-schachermayer)
- and the project of the SILO district in Jaworzno, the investor of which is St. Paul’s Developments, is nearing the end of BREEAM Communities certification – being the first residential project in Central and Eastern Europe to be subject to the ecological Community certification, according to the international BREEAM system (http://www.horizone.com.pl/pl/projekty/dzielnica-silo-w-jaworznie).
