On 17.12.2019 another meeting of members and partners of the “Bioeconomy and Circulation Economy” platform was held.

Since the last meeting, many initiatives and projects related to circular economy have been created. The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize with current projects and initiatives, and the leading topic was the subject of “Cities and municipalities in a circular economy”.

The special guest of the meeting was a representative of a member of SPCleantech, the Małopolska Regional Development Agency (MARR), Barbara Grodowska, director of the Department of Innovation and Business Development and Roman Toft responsible, among others for financing of MARR initiatives.
 
During the meeting, director Grodowska presented initiatives and plans for next year regarding circular economy in Małopolska and “Financing opportunities for Małopolska entrepreneurs”.
 
SPCleantech presented its latest initiatives “Circular City – Circular economy in Construction” and “Industrial Symbiosis” joint project with LifeScience Cluster.
 
This time, Małopolskas municipalities, members of the Krakow Metropolis were invited to the meeting. The meeting was also attended by the director of the Department of Municipal Economy of Krakow, Wacław Skubida and Agnieszka Wadowska, head of the Team Implementation of the Spin Project of the Malopolska Marshal’s Office.
