Another SIG, which was created on the initiative of SPCleantech, is the “Prototype of an innovative residential building” project, the main goal of which is to develop and produce a prototype of single-family residential buildings in the prefabrication technology in the laboratory from materials available on the market and recycling of ceramic and natural materials by combining them as building material for prefabrication of structural elements in the form of ready-made walls and ceilings.

After many meetings, the project partners decided to apply for funds from the National Center for Research and Development (NCBiR). A member of SPCleantech, Jarosław Szymiński from JS Consulting is responsible for preparing the application. Another member of SPCleantech, participating in the project and responsible for the content, is the Małopolska Center for Energy-Saving Construction of the Cracow University of Technology.
