Welcome new member in SPCleantech, UNIHOME

We welcome new member, UNIHOME, whose president is Dr. Eng. Jacek Biskupski, one of the most technically involved in real RES systems and improving the energy efficiency of residential buildings among scientists in Poland.

As an RES expert, he has obtained all the necessary certificates and authorizations in the field of heat pumps, photovoltaics and, in addition to active design of RES installations, he also provides his experience as a court expert in this field. His professionalism has been confirmed by the fact that he was appointed President (2022) of the largest PV Industry Association in Poland.

From the scientific side, a graduate of AGH, PK and UJ, author of two doctorates, currently a researcher at the PAN Renewable Energy Laboratory (KEZO) in Jabłonna near Warsaw.

As part of the ongoing (2024) projects, he focuses on the operation of energy storage (BESS) (including EV – i.e. V2G and V2H) with PV systems, biogas and bio-LPG micro-generators and EMS automation managing these systems for residential construction. Author of numerous publications in the field of RES and energy efficiency and several patents in this area. He is eager to cooperate in innovative projects in the field of RES and energy efficiency in Poland and abroad.

International expert in the field of renewable energy, Author of two doctorates – in economic informatics (1996) and RES (2018) Lecturer at AGH and PK in the field of subjects related to renewable energy and sustainable construction. Member of several Polish and international associations in the field of RES (including PLGBC, SBF Polska PV, Union of Concerned Scientists). He has UDT qualifications in the full scope (PV, PC, ST and shallow geothermal). Co-author of the Unihome energy management system, which allows for the creation of zero-energy buildings in Poland. Author of several patents in the field of renewable energy. Court expert in the field of photovoltaics and heat pumps.

Jacek Biskupski – Expert in the Field of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and Modern Technologies

Jacek Biskupski is an experienced specialist in the field of renewable energy sources (RES) and modern information technologies. He has been working in the industry for over 30 years, combining technical knowledge with management and consulting skills. He is an expert who combines a passion for innovation with practical experience, implementing projects both in Poland and abroad.

Professional career:

Jacek Biskupski began his career working in the IT industry, where he built a solid foundation as a consultant and advisor. Over time, he turned his attention to renewable energy sources, becoming one of the leaders in this field. Since 2010, he has been a court expert in the field of RES and IT systems.

Education and specializations:

He has higher education in several fields, including chemical engineering, computer science and technical sciences related to renewable energy sources. He is a doctor of technical sciences in the field of renewable energy sources and the author of a doctoral thesis on the implementation of renewable energy systems in Polish single-family homes.

Jacek Biskupski has also obtained numerous certificates and authorizations, including as an installer and designer of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and biomass boilers.

Projects and achievements:

As a consultant and advisor, Jacek Biskupski has participated in over 100 projects related to the implementation of innovative renewable energy technologies in Poland. His experience includes, among others, the design and implementation of photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and biogas plants. He was also the co-creator of five zero-energy buildings in Poland.

Jacek Biskupski was also the president of the PV Industry Association – Polska PV, where he was involved in promoting the development of photovoltaics in Poland.

Publications and training:

Jacek Biskupski is the author of numerous publications in industry journals, including Computerworld, Informatyka and Rynek Instalacyjny. He regularly participates in training courses and conferences, where he shares his knowledge on the effective use of renewable energy.

Other achievements:

Jacek Biskupski is also the author of several patents, including a hybrid drive for electric-biogas cars and a special base for photovoltaic panels, which increases their efficiency.
