We welcome a new member, HAT-TRICK, operating in Zator, a small town located approximately 50 km from Krakow in southern Poland.

The company manufactures plastic components, prints, and signage for industry, commerce, and advertising. It operates comprehensively: it relies on individual customer designs and provides practical advice on the materials and technologies to use. It meets short lead times and is extremely flexible. It has been operating in the market for over thirty years. Since its inception, it has been specializing in screen printing.

HAT-TRICK began its development in 1992. Initially, it was a small printing house specializing in screen printing. Why HAT-TRICK? The company’s name is closely linked to owner Janusz Płonka’s passion and love for football. HAT-TRICK is nothing more than a triple success – in this case, three goals by one player in a single match. After hours, the company remains an avid fan, supporting many local sports clubs and football academies. HAT-TRICK is also a way to ensure triple success in business through experience, technology, and precision.

2014 proved to be a breakthrough year, when the company finalized its long-term investment plans. This included the construction of a modern, approximately 1,000 m² production hall and office building in the Zator Special Economic Zone. A large parking lot is also crucial for suppliers and customers. These efforts resulted in the company obtaining a Quality Management System certificate for compliance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. These efforts have led to the company collaborating with such industry leaders as FIDELTRONIK, ELTEK, MDT, INBEHA, and OASIS. Each year, the company expands and adapts its machinery to meet customer needs.

What plastic products do our customers order?

Touchscreen front panels – aesthetic and functional elements made of touch-sensitive plastic with a printed design. Used as user interfaces in various electronic devices. Resistant to abrasion and intensive use.
Coverings and enclosures – components protecting electronics, mechanics, and device components. Made of materials resistant to chemical agents, moisture, and temperature.
Insulation and seals – precisely tailored components protecting against moisture, dust, vibration, and heat loss. Used in electronics, household appliances, and the machinery industry, among others.
Promotional materials – including POS, banners, deckchairs, towels, and many other products supporting the promotional aspects of various brands.

Custom Plastic Products
The company carries out both individual projects and the mass production of custom plastic products. Thanks to its flexible approach, it is able to adapt the production process to various technological and quantitative requirements.
