On June 13, 2016 SPCleantech organized together with Finpro and the Embassy of Finland the “Polish-Finnish Municipal Cleantech Business Forum”. The world-class know-how from Finland was highlighted at the seminar by Ms. Lenita Toivakka, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development of Finland. Minister Toivakka was accompanied in Kraków by a high-level business delegation from Cleantech sector.

Finland, known for its high technology, quality education and environmental technologies, is the innovation leader in Europe. Finland is regularly ranked internationally among the world’s top performers in numerous surveys and studies.

Finnish companies have built up an excellent track record in a variety of fields and can offer a first-class cooperation with their partners. In this Business and Networking Seminar, Polish municipal and private companies had the chance to meet companies from Finland who shared their international success experience in Municipal Cleantech, and the possibility to have deeper discussions with them. (The company introductions are attached).

This seminar focused on cooperation between Finland and Poland and provided an excellent platform for discussions on current developments in the two countries.
