Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

On June 21, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held at the headquarters of the South Poland Cleantech Cluster, NordicHouse. SPCleantech, as Sp. z o. o. has 26 shares and a 3-person Supervisory Board.

During the General Meeting, the president of the cluster, Janusz Kahl, presented the Management Board’s report on the Company’s activities in the financial year 2023. Then, the Supervisory Board presented the Supervisory Board’s report on the activities in the financial year 2023 and the Company’s financial statements for the financial year 2023 were presented.

Later in the Shareholders’ Meeting, discharge was granted to members of the Company’s Management Board for the performance of their duties in the financial year 2023, discharge was granted to members of the Supervisory Board for the performance of their duties in the financial year 2023, and a resolution was adopted on the distribution of the Company’s net profit achieved in the financial year 2023.

Member of the Supervisory Board, Łukasz Hankus resigned from the Supervisory Board, and Konrad Szczypczyk, president of SPCleantech member, Habitat for Business, was elected in his place.

The cluster’s Supervisory Board currently consists of:

The last point of the Meeting was to adopt a resolution to change the name of the company from South Poland Cleantech Cluster Sp. z o. o. on South Poland Cleantech Cluster non-profit Sp. z o. o.

After adopting this Resolution, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of South Poland Cleantech Cluster non-profit Sp. z o.o. was concluded.
