 |  Category: SPCleantech News

Members of SPCleantech, architectural companies Horizone Studio from Krakow and Bjerg Arkitekter Polska from Warsaw participated on 24-27.01.2019 in discussion panels during the next edition of 4 Design Days, the feast of architecture, design and real estate.

For four days, icons of world and Polish design, the largest architects and designers, producers and service companies and developers discussed what inspires and creates world trends in architecture and design. 4 Design Days from the first edition are organized in a proven formula of two days for professionals and two open days for enthusiasts of architecture and design. In 2019, the event took place simultaneously in the International Congress Center and Spodek in Katowice.

Representatives of Horizone Studio, Dominik Darasz talked about the company’s experience in designing and presentations in AR and VR technology, and Bartłomiej Kisielewski took part in the DESIGN session. PUBLIC INTERIORS. Education for the times.

Katarzyna Wojda, director of Bjerg Arkitekter Polska took part in the ARCHITECTURE session. PUBLIC SPACE | A sustainable city of the future – during which topics such as were discussed:
Combining modern architecture and ecological solutions. Errors that can not be duplicated. Examples that need to be imitated.

During 4 Design Days, the following were considered:

If sustainable architecture is a measure of the progress of civilization, and ecology becomes a new cult of highly developed societies, where are we at the threshold of the second decade of the 21st century? Since architecture has such a significant impact on the level of energy consumption, the scale of environmental pollution, and especially greenhouse gas emissions, what must be sacrificed for a breakthrough? A fully ecological city, friendly neighborhood, zero-energy building – will these ideas become massive? Calculates the balance of architecture – which models inspire you to use sustainable solutions in commercial and public buildings and create the conditions for a better life and work?

Competitiveness based on price – this is not for Poland anymore. An advanced economy is an innovative economy. Chair, lamp, TV, shoes or application – how to use design to build the competitiveness of enterprises? How to draw the attention of the customer and find a quick and cheap way to create innovative products? Business + design = success. Brussels supports and supports this relationship.
