We invite you to a conference during which we will focus on significant legislative changes proposed by the European Commission and their impact on the processes of improving the energy efficiency of buildings through their thermal modernization and renovation in our country. In particular, we will look at the updated directives: EED (Energy Efficiency Directive), REDII (Renewable Energy Directive), ETS2 (Emissions Trading System), and especially the “building” directive EPBD (Energy Performance of Buildings Directive).

As Europe strives to increase energy efficiency and reduce emissions, it is important for us to understand how these changes will affect the thermal modernization and renovation of different types of buildings. We will focus on single-family homes, multi-apartment buildings and public utility buildings, including historic buildings. Participants will have the opportunity to gain knowledge on the practical aspects of implementing these directives and the challenges that may be associated with them.

During the conference, invited experts will share their experiences and best practices that can help adapt to the upcoming changes. We will also consider to what extent owners of single-family houses, managers of multi-apartment buildings and local governments are ready for these changes and what steps can be taken to effectively implement the new regulations in practice.

This will be an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and establish valuable contacts among industry specialists. We cordially encourage you to participate in this important event, which aims not only to educate, but also to support green initiatives in construction. See you at the conference!

“The task is carried out as part of the RenoWave project. One-Stop-Shop extended model to increase the multi-apartment building stock renovation in the BSR. The project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program.”
