He will discuss the demand for new jobs and competences that will be key to implementing plans related to the European Green Deal.
- “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of the Labor Market: Challenges, Opportunities and New Horizons” – Kamil Mielnik from Learning Solutions will discuss the growing role of artificial intelligence in the labor market. The speaker will present how AI can become a support tool, not a threat, and how employers and employees can prepare for the upcoming changes.
The labor market will undergo a significant transformation in the coming years. As the economy and new technologies develop, the number of available jobs will change. Automation, digital technology and artificial intelligence have a huge impact on the labor market, contributing to the creation of new positions that have never existed before. It is crucial that we have knowledge about the transformations taking place in the market. Understanding the essence of changes will allow us to make informed decisions regarding education, training and professional development. That is why the issues of retraining, acquiring new competences and consciously planning a career path are so important. We must be prepared to constantly learn and acquire knowledge if we want to keep up with the changes and be competitive on the labor market.
Employers must also be prepared for the transformation process taking place in the economy, as they will have to face the development of advanced technologies. This will require financial outlays on the development of infrastructure and employee training. Employers’ readiness for change, as well as adaptation to new conditions, will have a decisive impact on their future. Awareness of employee competence gaps and the willingness to eliminate them will be the key to maintaining the competitiveness of companies on the market.
One of the elements closely related to the labor market is education. Education, qualifications, and professional competences, which are the result of teaching, must constantly follow the needs of employers. From the perspective of preparing future generations for the challenges posed by the changing labor market, closer cooperation between the education system and the employment sector is becoming crucial. The effect of joint actions should be the adaptation of the educational offer to the specific needs of local labor markets.
The conference will be an excellent opportunity to explore key issues related to the future of the labor market and exchange experiences among experts, career advisors, decision-makers and market leaders. The event is aimed at people who shape employment policy, manage human resources and advise on professional development. Participation in the conference will allow you to gain the necessary knowledge and tools for effective planning of strategies that will meet the challenges and opportunities of the future. We encourage everyone who wants to actively influence the shape of the modern labor market and make decisions of strategic importance to participate.
