Cleantech Summit in Krakow

SPCleantech organized on 09.10. 2014, in cooperation with the Embassy of Denmark, Chamber of Commerce Polish Heating, Danish Board of District Heating and MPEC Kraków, Cleantech Summit in Krakow, a conference on the theme “Clean air in the Malopolska region.”

Cleantech Summit in Krakow was built around the initiative District Heating roadshow in Poland with the participation of many Danish companies from the industry. Visiting Polish enterprises Danish experts became familiar with the current situation of the heating sector in Poland, the challenges facing the district heating companies and the proposed changes aimed at improving currently existing installations. The target group of the conference were local heat supply companies and local authorities responsible for the delivery of heat.

At the end of the conference Summit Memorandum was signed by the Chamber of Commerce Polish Heating, Danish Board of District Heating and MPEC Kraków. Cleantech Summit is a concrete platform for the exchange of experiences, that allows for the use of the technological potential and the systems on both the Polish and Danish sides.

HE ambassador of Denmark, Steen Hommel participated in the conference. The moderator of the meeting was the director of SPCleantech, Janusz Kahl.
