Benefits of belonging to SPCleantech

 |  Category: SPCleantech News

The basic value and goal of belonging to SPCleantech is the possibility to derive benefits from this fact, which translate into greater innovation, i.e. greater development ability – in the organizational and personal dimension. These benefits result from active participation in the innovation ecosystem, and thus from access to cooperation networks and to resources facilitating building a competitive advantage. As a rule, the Cluster is such a cooperation platform, the value of which depends on the activity of the Partners, i.e. the Cluster is used by those who know and have the opportunity to do so.

For this purpose, SPCleantech has implemented the SPCleantech Partnership Program, i.e. activities for the benefit of cluster members and partners by building partnerships and creating SIG – Special Interest Groups. The aim of the strategy is to integrate the activities of cluster members who are interested in a joint effort to identify key challenges, exchange knowledge and develop strategic partnerships with other cluster members or other stakeholders in order to increase their innovation or carry out digital transformation.

Through the SPCleantech Partnership Program, we connect people, share knowledge and scale businesses.

1. We describe and define the challenge

Together with the challenge owner, we define and qualify a challenge relevant to the company or organization

2. We build a team

We recruit a multidisciplinary team from our ecosystem (members of SPCleantech) and among partners and researchers to meet the challenge

3. We come up with and co-create solutions

We choose a method, plan, invite and organize meetings (workshops) to create specific concepts and solutions (project development process)

4. Summarize the process

We prepare a report summarizing the findings and recommendations

5. We evaluate the results and implement

We evaluate, track, share results and implement products, services and technologies or apply for funds for further development and implementation works

Each initiative under the SPCleantech Partnership Program should end with the implementation of the results of the work of teams (teams) created to solve the proposed challenge in the company or organization or an application for national (NCBR, PARP, RPO) or EU funds (Horizon Europe) to implement the developed solutions .

If you have a challenge or an idea for a new innovative product, service or business model, please contact j.kahl@spcleantech.com. We will surely find a solution together for the benefit of all of us.

At present, we have in SPCleantech 12 SIG and 8 applications to NCBR for further financing of projects.
