New Members in SPCleantech
As new members of SPCleantech became recently two strong, each in its field partners, AGH in Krakow as a Founding Member and mBank as ordinary member. The share of such large players significantly enhances the potential of the Cluster on a global scale.
AGH University of Science and Technology is one of the best and most renowned modern Polish universities. For many years it has been ranked in the top of the list of institutions of higher education. AGH UST is a leading Polish university in modern technologies, and belongs to a group of prestigious international educational centres.
The main partner for SPCleantech at AGH is a newly created Centre of Energy AGH conducted by prof. assoc. eng. Wojciech Nowak. It is a project supported by EU funds with a total value of 179 579 708.87 pln. Centre of Energy, it is primarily high-quality research staff and a well-equipped laboratories.
The vision of the Center is to strengthen the leading position in research in the field of innovative energy solutions, conducting scientific research of the highest quality of key importance for EU in energy and consolidation of scientific potential (human resources, laboratories) and coordination of research in the strongest center – Centre for Energy AGH.
mBank provides its clients with comprehensive corporate, retail, Private Banking and Asset management services. For years it has been distinguished by its staff – first-class professionals, and innovation. Its pioneer transactional system, electronic banking and mobile application for corporations set trends in the whole banking industry, not only in Poland.
mBank was set up as BRE Bank and for nearly a quarter of century has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
