 |  Category: SPCleantech News

On 29.02 – 01.03. 2016 Janusz Kahl and Alexander Jastrząbek from SPCleantech participated in a two day training organized by KIC InnoEnergy in Warszawa (PL). Research Institutes, clusters, universities and companies working with start-ups in seven Central- and Eastern Europe were invited to this workshop.

The workshop included one day in which all partners exchanged best practices and had the opportunity to make suggestions to the program. At the same day intensive, interactive workshop was led by Linda Plano, who was in Warsaw to organize the MIT Enterprise Forum.  She is very engaged in the Boston cleantech ecosystem as well as the MIT Enterprise Forum internationally.  Please see her credentials here.

Aspects of all KIC programs were clarified and the strategy/marketing for the year 2016 was provided. Some ideas for interregional cooperation were also presented.

The workshop covered a core system for both evaluating startups that apply to participate in entrepreneurial programs as well as coaching them once accepted.  Further, Linda Plano went over a systematic approach for pitching that clarifies when elements of the value proposition are strong and validated versus weak and need work.
