SPCleantech participated on 20.04.2018 at the conference “New challenges of the housing market” organized by the Association of Home and Residential Builders (SBDiM) in Krakow. The construction industry has had a record year, but it asks itself how long the bull market will last? How will the market develop further?

During the conference, we received answers to these and other questions in several discussion panels with the participation of invited specialists and experts on the subject.

The debates organized by the SBDiM “Let’s create a good city together” were also summarized, which were carried out in recent months on the topics of urban planning, communication and greenery withy the representatives of the city authorities, non-governmental organizations, including SBDiM and SARP o / Kraków.

Some members of the Association are also members of SPCleantech. In one of the panels “New directions of investments for developers” participated a member of SPCleantech Danish architectural studio, Bjerg Arkitekter from Warsaw represented by the director, Katarzyna Wojda, who talked about Danish experiences related to construction and architecture for seniors. During this panel, information related to the demand for new forms of construction in Poland, such as: senior or academic construction, was provided.
