4. workshop for start-ups and SMEs

South Poland Cleantech Cluster organized the event “Pre-Acceleration Point for start-ups and SMEs” – fourth workshop under the project “Małopolska – Here technology becomes business” with the financial support of the Malopolska Voivodship.

The meeting took place on November 21, 2019  in the NordicHouse conference room at ul. św. Anny 5 in Krakow. The theme of the workshop is “How to build a successful start-up?”.

At the workshops, Janusz Kahl and the invited mentor presented, among others, Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which helps start-ups to conduct experiments quickly and efficiently, and Business Model Canvas. Organisers devoted also time to workshop work and summarized the entire series of workshops.

Michał Adamczyk was the mentor during the workshops. Michał is the President of the Management Board of the “Krakow City of Startups” foundation, where he answers, among others for the acceleration program for technology start-ups at the initial stage of development. He has over 12 years of management experience (including his own enterprise in the mobile-IT industry). Currently associated with the AGH University of Science and Technology, where he is conducting a doctoral dissertation on the Krakow start-up ecosystem. He holds the title of an IT engineer and is the author of several scientific publications on innovation management.
